(Senior) Business Analyst - PMO - Digital Transformation

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business needs, pain points, and opportunities for digital transformation, GenAI, automation, and process improvement.

• Requirements Translation: Support the translation of business problems into clear user stories, functional requirements, process flows, and solution documentation for discussion with IT, data, vendors, and other delivery teams.

• Project Support: Assist project managers or workstream leads in tracking delivery plans, milestones, action items, dependencies, issues, and risks across digital and AI-related initiatives.

• Feasibility Analysis: Conduct basic analysis to support feasibility assessments, including business impact, process readiness, data availability, operational considerations, and implementation dependencies.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with business users, IT, data, risk/compliance, and external vendors to clarify requirements, follow up on open items, support testing activities, and facilitate issue resolution.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience Level: Professionals with 3-6 years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, technology delivery, process improvement, or project support roles.

• Project Preference: Proven experience or strong involvement in Data-related or AI projects is highly preferred.

• Industry Preference: Experience working in the Insurance industry is highly preferred (backgrounds in broader financial services or regulated industries are also advantageous), along with a basic awareness of risk, compliance, and control considerations.

• Technical Lifecycle: Candidates with a good understanding of the technology delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design support, user acceptance testing (UAT), change readiness, and production rollout support.

• Core Competencies: Team players who possess strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks in a structured manner.

• Tool Proficiency: Applicants who have a working knowledge of Microsoft M365, GenAI tools, and Power Platform solutions such as Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate will have a distinct advantage.
