Position Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead our client's fast-growing Premium BEAUTY Brand. Reporting to senior leadership, you will spearhead brand strategy, drive full-funnel commercial growth, and manage both cross-functional teams and external agency partnerships.
This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a proven marketing leader to drive end-to-end brand transformation, oversee a high-performing product portfolio, and shape both HCP (Healthcare Professional) and direct-to-consumer strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Portfolio Management

Define and execute multi-year brand plans, setting clear KPIs and developing robust business cases for long-term new product launch roadmaps.

Lead comprehensive brand renovation strategies to unlock new growth, scale business unit revenue, and drive market share.

Act as the primary marketing liaison for regional alignment and business performance reporting.

Team Leadership & Operational Excellence

Directly manage and mentor a cross-functional marketing and training team (Brand Managers, Specialists).

Build and optimize internal marketing infrastructure, operational workflows, and agency partnerships for asset development and campaign execution.

HCP Education & Clinical Engagement

Cultivate strong, strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), medical practitioners, and partner clinics.

Omnichannel Growth & Customer Conversion (DTC / B2B / B2B2C)

Drive integrated, full-funnel marketing campaigns across online and offline (ATL/BTL) channels.

Scale brand awareness and conversion via media strategy, influencer/KOL collaborations, and targeted clinic co-marketing initiatives.
Key Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Proven track record (8+ years) in medical aesthetics, dermatology, pharmaceutical, or premium healthcare brand management.

Commercial Drive: Demonstrated success in overachieving revenue targets, scaling high-growth portfolios, or executing successful brand turnarounds.

Leadership: Strong people management skills with experience leading brand, training, or cross-functional teams.

360° Marketing Acumen: Deep expertise across B2B, B2B2C, and DTC channels, including KOL engagement, medical education programs, and digital media.

Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and matrix navigation skills, comfortable liaising with regional headquarters and C-suite leadership.
