Position Overview
We are seeking a diligent and organized individual to provide extensive administrative support to our leadership team. This role encompasses assisting with expatriate needs and ensuring the effective daily functioning of operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the Digital Leadership Team, including expatriate support.
- Manage daily tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, tracking administrative activities, and coordinating travel arrangements, including visas and expense submissions.
- Collaborate and communicate with various stakeholders and external entities to arrange meetings and events.
- Support team members in diverse initiatives for the overall success of the team.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements
- Possess a Higher Diploma or equivalent qualification, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging professionally across all organizational levels.
- Comfortable navigating a complex organizational and stakeholder landscape.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Key Qualifications and Attributes
- Proficient in English, particularly in speaking, to effectively collaborate with international team members.
- Traits such as independence, ability to work under pressure, and a proactive attitude are preferred.
- Experience in providing comprehensive secretarial support to leadership, particularly with expatriate assistance, is a plus.
