- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs), making data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager
- Strong knowledge of IT solutions and services, including software, hardware, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and managed services.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving sales-related issues.
