Develop and manage social media content direction, strategy and calendar across Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Create and curate engaging bilingual content with different formats that showcase the mall's luxury positioning, events, new brand openings, and seasonal campaigns.
Manage external agencies and vendors, including briefing, timeline coordination, deliverable review, and quality control to ensure brand consistency.
Coordinate with multiple internal teams to gather social media content requirements, assets, and campaign briefs.
Support influencer and KOL partnerships - from outreach and briefing to content coordination and performance tracking.
Cover mall events, pop-ups, and campaigns on-site for real-time content capture and live posting.
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion, follower growth) using platform analytics and third-party tools.
Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and luxury/fashion industry conversations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or related field.
6-8 years of relevant experience in content creation and social media management, preferably in luxury retail, fashion, lifestyle, or shopping mall sectors.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Proficiency in social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, etc.) and content creation tools.
Solid experience in managing external agencies, vendors, production teams, and influencers
Experience with social media advertising and basic analytics (Google Analytics is a plus).
Creative eye for aesthetics, strong attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
