Project Manager - Business Analyst (Technology Risk)

Key Responsibilities

• Discovery & Data Collection:

  • Execute a systematic "discovery" process to identify, document, and analyze the existing technology ecosystem.

  • Lead large-scale data collection efforts to ensure a holistic view of the enterprise technical landscape.

• Landscape & Risk Analysis:

  • Study technical data connections and architectural dependencies to identify potential risk areas.

  • Analyze the flow of information across various business-enabling technologies (focusing on diverse, holistic data connections rather than AI).

• Project Governance (PM Focus):

  • Drive the project lifecycle from onboarding through to the final discovery report.

  • Liaise with procurement and legal teams regarding third-party contractor terms and secondment specificities.

• Requirement Translation (BA Focus):

  • Bridge the gap between technical discovery findings and 2nd line risk management objectives.

  • Produce high-quality documentation and reporting for executive-level committees.

Requirements

Experience & Technical Depth

• Must have a proven track record of delivering or analyzing technology-related projects.

• Strong background in Technology Risk, IT Audit, or Information Security within a 2nd line of defense capacity.

• Exceptional ability to handle complex data sets and understand enterprise-level technical architectures.

Core Competencies

• Ability to communicate complex technical risk concepts to C-suite and executive committees.

• A meticulous approach to data collection and the ability to see the "big picture" across diverse systems.
