Program Specialist (Asia Expansion, Logistics Management) 45k

We are seeking a seasoned Program Specialist to lead the Asia expansion initiatives, with a focus on logistics management (from planning to implementations) for the growing e-commerce operations originating from Asia.

Key Duties

• Strengthen and structure current program operations across IT, supply chain, customer service (CS), quality assurance, and finance to ensure seamless scalability.

• Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies for new logistics routes, partnerships, and infrastructure to support Asia-origin shipments.

• Transform processes and systems into detailed specifications, enabling efficient implementation and integration.

• Support the Business Development (BD) team in identifying opportunities, negotiating carrier partnerships (e.g., like Spring GDS integrations), and launching expansion projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience (8+ years) in new project management and solutions management within e-commerce logistics or supply chain in Asia.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field; PMP or similar certification preferred.

• Strong analytical skills for feasibility studies and specification development.

• Familiarity with Asia logistics challenges, including customs, VAT, and multi-carrier ecosystems

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills for IT, finance, CS, and BD teams.
