Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to analyze user needs and understand competitive and industry trends for product development
- Identify pain points and propose innovative product and commercialization solutions
- Refine product features, user experience and journey by understanding the market and user behaviour
- Liaise with R&D team on APP optimization strategies and iteration planning
- Oversee product feature acceptance and monitor online performance, ensuring that design and localization meet business needs
- Support the R&D team in liaising with vendors to ensure smooth implementation of product features
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Information System, Computer Science, Business, Marketing or related disciplines
- 2-3 years of solid experience in digital or APP products, particularly in e-commerce, marketplaces, ticketing or O2O operations across entertainment, travel, lifestyle, or consumer products
- Knowledge of local and overseas user behaviours and app interaction, along with strong market analysis skills.
- Excellent command in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Energetic, passionate, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for cross-department collaboration
