About the role
As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO, ensuring the CEO's day-to-day operations run smoothly, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and internal/external stakeholders, managing correspondence and inquiries.
- Organize and coordinate corporate or networking events, board meetings, and other executive meetings, including logistics and materials preparation.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting agendas, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Support the CEO in various projects by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
- Degree holder
- 10+ years of experience as an executive or personal assistant
- Highly fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
