Our client is launching a new financial website designed to offer education, news, and analysis to its customers and users. Positioned as a comprehensive platform catering to the global market, it will serve as a one-stop destination. The website will feature extensive financial education resources, real-time market analysis, and simulated trading tools spanning different markets. Additionally, interactive learning courses will be available to enrich users' trading expertise and understanding. The main goal of this position is to spearhead the strategic growth of our digital content network. Your duties will include transforming the platform into a premier financial news and analysis hub, utilizing data-driven analysis to craft compelling content that connects with our worldwide audience. Your achievements will be gauged by increased user interaction, revenue enhancement, and expanded market impact.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for managing the overall functionality of the new financial website platform, devising operational strategies, and coordinating their implementation.
- Establish the operational structure and system for the website and app, create and refine operational management systems and procedures progressively.
- Explore market trends and competitors to devise short-term, medium-term, and long-term strategies for the platform.
- Supervise daily operations concerning content creation, marketing, event planning, customer service strategy, and its execution for the website.
- Monitor and assess website data and user feedback, continuously adapt and enhance operational initiatives. Collaborate with relevant departments (e.g., Product Team) to improve user experience.
- Assist and synchronize media promotion, marketing, and brand development endeavors.
- Efficiently engage and link with internal and external resources to boost operational performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder
- Experience in operating financial news/ analysis website
- Knowledge in data analytic tools such as Python, VBA
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Clear methodologies and insights into content operations and user operations
