Data & Order Management: Input, review, and confirm incoming investor requests and trade instructions within our internal databases.
Task Coordination: Track and organise daily workflow queues to ensure all tasks are resolved efficiently.
Reporting Assistance: Help compile routinely distributed internal performance metrics and client-facing status reports.
Client Service Support: Act as a reliable point of contact for routine operational queries from internal teams and external stakeholders.
Quality & Risk Control: Strictly follow internal guidelines, compliance rules, and checklists to minimize operational errors.
Cross-Border Collaboration: Partner with international offices on shared projects and daily service deliverables.
Education: University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline (Fresh Graduates are welcome).
Experience: 0 to 5 years of professional experience; a basic understanding of fund operations or banking is a plus but not mandatory.
Technical Aptitude: Strong familiarity with everyday productivity tools (MS Excel, Word).
