IT Infrastructure Assistant Manager - 1 year contract

Responsibilties:

• Ensure the stable and effective operation of all systems to meet service level agreements
• Lead the implementation of technical projects to fulfill business requirements
• Oversee project activities from requirements gathering to deployment and transition to ongoing support
• Prepare RFPs and RFQs, and plan for project handover to ongoing operations
• Provide problem ownership and escalation, as well as second-tier end-user support
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

About you:

• Educational Qualifications: Diploma or higher, preferably in an IT-related field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience. Applicants with less experience may be considered for a Senior Infrastructure Specialist role.
• Experience with virtualization, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), containers, OpenShift, and Kubernetes would be advantageous.
• Windows, Linux, Azure, AWS, PMP, and ITIL certifications are considered beneficial.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
