The Client & Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global life insurance brand currently undergoing a major regional system and process modernization.

They are looking for a hands-on Transformation Manager to bridge the gap between business operations and IT. In this role, you will help simplify outdated workflows, support the migration of legacy core applications, and drive change management across regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Process Redesign: Partner with business leaders to map, simplify, and overhaul end-to-end insurance operations.

• Core Systems Modernization: Support the transition from legacy core platforms to modern, scalable digital systems.

• Identify Automation: Spot operational bottlenecks and design simpler, tech-driven workflows.

• Change Management: Guide business teams through system changes, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.

Requirements

• Insurance Background: Proven experience working on core system migrations, digital transformations, or process optimization from insurance industry.

• Process Specialist: Strong skills in process mapping, workflow redesign, and identifying automation opportunities.

• Effective Communicator: Ability to translate technical system changes into clear, practical steps for business stakeholders.

• Agile Mindset: Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like Jira and Confluence.
