Undertake comprehensive support tasks for the group's general department, including but not limited to communication, coordination, implementation, and execution of matters related to human resources, administrative affairs, etc.
Drive human resources-related tasks such as employee recruitment, attendance management, and relationship management.
Facilitate daily administrative tasks, office environment maintenance, meeting organization, internal employee travel arrangements, and other administrative management tasks.
Handle other work assignments delegated by superiors.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resources Management, Administrative Management, or related fields preferred
Possess over 3 years of work experience in the HR department of a relevant enterprise in Hong Kong; experience in administrative management is a plus.
Have excellent communication and coordination skills, be affable, conscientious, execution-oriented, quick to learn, possess a spirit of teamwork, stable personality, and good communication skills.
