    Head of Digital's responsibilities include developing and implementing the overall digital strategy, overseeing all digital marketing channels, and managing the digital team and budget. This role involves setting the digital vision, ensuring it aligns with business goals, and driving digital transformation and growth through activities like SEO, content, paid media, and CRM.

    Strategic and leadership responsibilities

    • Define digital strategy: Set the company's digital vision and create a roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
    • Drive digital transformation: Lead initiatives to improve digital infrastructure, foster a digital culture, and encourage innovation across the organization.
    • Build and manage teams: Recruit, train, and develop high-performing digital teams, setting clear goals and providing mentorship.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership: Work with the C-suite and other departments to report on performance and integrate digital efforts with other business functions.

    Tactical and operational responsibilities

    • Oversee digital channels: Manage and optimize all digital marketing efforts, including paid media, SEO, social media, content, and email marketing.
    • Manage budget and resources: Allocate and manage the digital budget to ensure a strong return on investment (ROI) from digital initiatives.
    • Track and report performance: Monitor campaign performance using analytics and report on key metrics and KPIs to leadership.
    • Manage vendors and partners: Select, build relationships with, and manage third-party vendors and agencies to support digital efforts.

    Key collaboration and communication

    • Liaise with other departments: Act as a link between marketing, product, IT, and commercial teams to ensure a cohesive digital approach.
    • Manage external relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agency partners and technology providers.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree holder
    • 18-20 years of relevant proven experience gained from large multi-national corporations in the B2C sector, such as retail banking, airlines or retail
    • Excellent command of English
