- Synergy Identification: Map and execute cross-selling opportunities and operational synergies between diverse portfolio companies.
- Portfolio Adaptation: Lead internal stakeholder collaboration to adapt existing business structures to capture newly emerging market sectors.
- Resource Optimization: Direct high-level technology integration across subsidiaries to scale existing processes and boost collective profits.
Market Expansion and Diversification
- Macro Analysis: Track global macroeconomic trends, geopolitical regulations, and industry disruptions to pinpoint new revenue ecosystems.
- Demand Creation: Sponsor corporate demand creation strategies and design novel service offerings to capture new demographics.
Alliance and Stakeholder Management
- Strategic Partnerships: Initiate and secure critical institutional relationships with Fortune 500 companies, vendors, and governments.
- Boardroom Alignment: Present long-term growth roadmaps, performance metrics, and budgets directly to the Board of Directors and C-Suite executives.
- Corporate Governance: Enforce strict corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory risk controls across all growth ventures.
Team Leadership and Executive Performance
- Talent Management: Provide career direction and performance indicators (KPIs) to regional business development directors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder
- A minimum of 20 years of relevant experience gained from large companies
- Excellent command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
