About the job:
A fast growing US FMCG company is seeking an experienced Customer Service and Logistics Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory and working closely with the CS team to ensure efficient and effective distribution of the products
Responsibilities:
- - Serve as the primary point of contact for internal CS team, providing high-quality and accurate data and support to the CS and Operations team and resolving any issues or concerns
- - Coordinate basic logistics and distribution, including inventory management, order processing, shipping, and delivery
- - Analyze customer trends to identify opportunities for process improvements
- - Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize the customer experience
- - Maintain detailed records and documentation related to all customer interactions and logistics activities
Qualifications:
- - 3-5 years of experience in a customer service and/or logistics role, preferably within the FMCG industry
- - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on delivering efficient and effective solutions
- - Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) and logistics management software
- - Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
