Job Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth in line with the company's annual sales targets and contribute to overall business expansion.
Identify and develop enterprise clients with cross-border collection needs, including those requiring overseas bank accounts and RMB settlement solutions.
Gain a deep understanding of enterprise customers' payment needs, develop tailored payment strategies based on market trends, and work closely with internal teams to improve products and processes.
Regularly analyze transaction data and customer usage patterns to provide actionable insights, resolve payment-related issues, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Manage the full customer lifecycle for enterprise clients, providing ongoing support and resolving issues at different stages of their business growth.
Proactively build relationships with prospective clients through multiple channels, conduct effective client visits on schedule, and convert leads through a combination of online and offline engagement.
Manage individual sales performance effectively and adjust sales strategies in a timely manner based on progress, market shifts, and business priorities.
Stay closely informed on industry trends and market developments, share timely feedback and recommendations, and actively explore new business partnership opportunities.

通過多渠道主動拓展潛在客戶,並定期進行有效拜訪,挖掘客戶需求,推進線上線下聯動的客戶開發及轉化。
依據銷售進度、市場變化及業務情況,靈活調整銷售策略,以確保業績目標達成。
持續關注行業趨勢及相關資訊,及時提出建議,積極探索並推動新的商業合作模式。
