Responsibilities
- Timely address all inquiries received through email or phone within agreed internal and external timelines or Service Level Agreements.
- Efficiently use internal systems and applications to manage queries, follow-ups, coordinate internally, and communicate externally.
- Ensure prompt escalation of any outstanding or pending matters as needed.
- Work closely with various local and global functional teams to resolve issues related to payments, receipts, commissions, AML/KYC, and reporting.
- Prepare and handle investors' or clients' reporting and mailings accurately and in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate a client-centric approach by providing high-quality and meaningful support to clients and investors.
- Be proactive in responding to inquiries from clients and investors, including account opening requests, trade status inquiries, and escalations.
- Take ownership of collaborating with internal departments to prioritize client and investor requests, deliverables, and issue resolutions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company products, systems, applications, and internal workflows.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of clients' business needs to identify opportunities for improving overall client experience and service quality.
- Prepare internal reports such as KPIs, management reports, and updates to checklists/procedures.
- Participate in client meetings, including preparing presentation materials.
- Stay abreast of evolving industry initiatives, regional and global market practices through attending presentations, work sessions, and personal research efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder
- 2+ years of experience in custody operations/ banking operations
- Experience in bond settlement systems such as EuroClear, ClearStream, CMU would be a plus
- Strong communication, articulation, and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
- Willingness and ability to collaborate and contribute in a global team environment
- Fluent in English and Chinese
