Assistant Solutions Analyst

About the role

You will be responsible for delivering and supporting IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and translate business requirements through close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Oversee timely and cost-effective delivery of IT solutions, including vendor management.
• Prioritize stable and reliable IT operations to enable uninterrupted business activities.
• Offer technical support and maintain system compliance with organizational policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline
• Thorough understanding in programming languages such as Java or C# (any common programming language is acceptable)
• Willingness and ability to act as a business analyst
• Ability to speak Cantonese and English is a must
