Support implementation of Electronic Markets Business projects in APAC.

Provide daily operational (BAU) support for UNIX infrastructure.

Ensure seamless project execution in data centers and colocations.

Direct Responsibilities

Coordinate UNIX infrastructure projects in APAC data centers.

Perform server capacity planning and deployment.

Execute system configuration, customization, optimization, and upgrades.

Implement system resilience strategies to ensure stability.

Automate UNIX patching to comply with BNPP IT Security Standards.

Essential Technical Knowledge / Skills

Expertise in RedHat/Linux operating systems.
-
Proficiency with IT security tools (ArcSight, CyberArk, Centrify).

Skilled in system patching using RedHat Satellite.

Strong knowledge of IBM/HP Blade, p-Series, i-Series, x-Series architectures.

Ability to script in Shell, Perl, Python for automation and diagnostics.
Competencies (Technical / Behavioral)

Experienced in Linux/RHEL system administration for trading applications.

Deep understanding of OS, processes, and kernel operations.

Proficient in x86 hardware, server networking, and data center setups.

Skilled in scripting (Bash, Python, Perl) for rapid solution development.

Strong troubleshooting, system recovery, and ITIL-compliant support skills.
Specific Qualifications Required

Degree in IT-related discipline, preferably with RHEL certification.

Minimum 7 years of IT experience, including 5 years as UNIX SA/engineer.

At least 3 years in a multinational IT environment with service delivery focus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team and vendor coordination.
-
Fluency in English; investment banking experience highly preferred.
