Senior Officer, Finance (Family Office)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of the company's accounting functions, including financial and management reporting.
• Prepare consolidated accounting schedules and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate effectively with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking institutions.
• Coordinate and monitor treasury activities to optimize financial management.
• Conduct regular reporting on cash flow and investment positions for management review, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient delivery.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.
• Proficient in computer applications, with expertise in MS Excel and QuickBooks accounting software.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
• Demonstrated sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and a high level of attention to detail.
