About The Role
As a Senior Building Services Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and coordination of testing and commissioning processes on-site to ensure all scope of works are fulfilled according to key account's expectations.
Job Responsibilities
- Carry out system design and development for building services (Operation Theatre and Cleanrooms)
- Prepare technical and material submissions for full support to the tendering process
- Conduct site inspections to ensure all technical specifications are completed at a timely manner
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external parties for the fulfilment of project deliverables
- Prepare relevant reports and documents for a smooth and timely operational fulfilment
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree of Engineering in Building Service Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any other relevant Engineering disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of project engineering experiences, preferably all of which is obtained within the healthcare or E&M contacting sector
- Individuals with previous knowledge to Operation Theatre and Cleanroom projects are highly preferrable
- Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal skillsets and communication skills to facilitate communications and work with stakeholders
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the title of Building Services Engineer
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
