Finance Manager (Mining & Commodity) - New headcount

Responsibilities:

• Manage and prepare financial reports and consolidation.

• Coordinate financial activities across HK, China and Africa markets.

• Prepare management reports, cash flow forecasts, and budgets.

• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for financial reporting.

• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• CPA or equivalent professional qualification.

• 8-12 years of relevant experience from Big 4/ audit firms + corporate background preferred.

• Mining/ Commodity industry knowledge is preferred.

• Advanced MS Office (Excel) skills.

• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese).
