Responsibilities:
Manage and prepare financial reports and consolidation.
Coordinate financial activities across HK, China and Africa markets.
Prepare management reports, cash flow forecasts, and budgets.
Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
8-12 years of relevant experience from Big 4/ audit firms + corporate background preferred.
Mining/ Commodity industry knowledge is preferred.
Advanced MS Office (Excel) skills.
Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese).
