About The Role
As a Duty Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing facilities management processes, working closely with a team of technicians on routine maintenance works for UPS, and LV switchboards, etc
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of technical support staff to carry out routine maintenance and repair work on UPS, Gensets, Chiller Plant, LV switchboards, and CRACs
- Responsible for planning, scheduling of regular maintenance works and delegate O&M work on-site for the fulfilment of routine maintenance program
- Work closely with Engineer for ongoing maintenance projects and alternation/ improvement works
- Draft and compile duty roster table for a team of technical support staff to ensure efficient manpower to support daily operations work
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Building Services Engineering, or any other relevant discipline of Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of electrical engineering, MVAC E&M operations experience, preferably with exposure to hands on facilities management operation processes
- A registered electrical worker of grade A0 or above is required
- Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for the title of Shift Engineer
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
