Division Head of Risk MIS and Policies

Our client is an established retail and commercial bank in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to draft and review risk policies and procedures, ensuring effective monitoring of the bank's credit performance through detailed analytic.
• Participate in bank-wide risk management projects and support ongoing improvements to credit systems.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes in credit risk, engage in industry discussions, and provide business advisory.
• Oversee the preparation of high-quality risk reports for board and management committees.
• Advise subsidiaries on effective credit risk management practices.

Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 10 years of experience in credit risk management, risk analytic or relevant functions, and 3 years of experience in managerial position.
• Professional qualification such as CFA, FRM, CCRP is an advantage.
• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
