Responsibilities

Document business requirements and manage projects to deliver high-quality IT solutions.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate process, application, and analytical requirements into functional/technical specifications.

Conduct business impact analysis, design technical solutions, and support change management.

Lead projects by setting milestones, managing teams, tracking progress, resolving issues, and ensuring quality deliverables.

Perform quality assurance, prepare user training materials, and conduct briefing sessions for change management.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

6+ years of experience in business information system analysis and IT project management.

Strong technical expertise in case management, business process systems, web-based solutions, document management, and data analytics platforms.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, analytical, and interviewing skills; proficient in spoken English and Chinese.

Experienced in project and quality management, with knowledge of methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile) and standards (e.g., ISO); familiarity with Java or Python is a plus.

Proactive, confident, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
