Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a seasoned Manager for their Cloud Platform team, responsible for overseeing multi-cloud operations, specifically within Azure and AWS environments. This role involves managing cloud services and ensuring high availability, performance, and cost efficiency across various business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cloud operations, achieving 99% service availability for Azure and AWS.
- Develop and execute strategies to automate manual processes, targeting a 50% reduction.
- Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance cloud service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud-related projects and initiatives.
- Monitor cloud environments to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Establish strong relationships with key technology vendors and service providers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 6 years in cloud environments.
- Strong expertise in cloud architecture, services (IaaS, PaaS), and cost management.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects and leading diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.
- Relevant certifications in Azure and AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect).

- Experience with monitoring tools and enterprise-level cloud solutions.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
