Role Description
The Retail POS Senior Business Analyst will work closely across the business teams. They will form strong partnerships with diverse retailers worldwide to help guide and shape solutions for successful implementations, upgrades and enhancements meeting both the retailers needs as well as aligning with strategic roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate, communicate and influence across multiple roles and levels.
Shape strategy and approaches with Directors and leadership.
Influence customer teams up to and including CIO level.
Leadership & Strategy
Lead customers and internal teams, providing guidance and mentorship
Develop and implement strategies and approaches to optimize successful deliveries of POS solutions and processes to customers
Align and shape customer requests with their and broader business goals and objectives
Requirement Gathering and Analysis
Collaborate with customers to gather, challenge and document business requirements
Analyse data to identify trends and insights
Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge identified gaps
Ensure solutions meet business needs and contractual obligations
System Implementation and Support
Oversee the implementation of POS systems, ensuring they meet business requirements
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for POS systems
Coordinate with internal teams, customers & third parties to resolve technical issues
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for process improvements for customers
Work with cross-functional teams to implement process changes
Ensure continuous improvement of processes and solutions
Project Delivery
Be delivery focussed and focussed on project commitments
Work in partnership with Customer Success Managers (project managers), Solution Architects and engineering teams.
Build strong relationships and close working with customer teams.
Create and maintain documentation to guide customers through successful implementations and enhancements.
Qualifications
- At least five years proven experience as a Business Analyst in a complex retail environment.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and preferably POS systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor cross-functionally.
