We're working with a market-leading infrastructure services organisation to find a proactive Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join their finance team in Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting essential financial operations across payroll and goods receipting.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting payroll administration including data entry, timesheet validation, and communication with payroll providers
- Processing goods receipts to ensure timely and accurate payments
- Assisting with financial reconciliations and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve invoice and payment queries
- Providing general administrative support to the finance team
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts support role
- Familiarity with payroll processes and goods receipting
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Competency in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is a bonus
- A team player with strong communication skills and a flexible approach
