Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: West of Ireland (multiple locations)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: 75-90k DOE

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Tier 1 contractor in the West of Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare tenders, manage subcontractor orders, and handle projects to Final Account completion.
• Present forecasts, targets, and manage cost/value reconciliations (CVRs).
• Prepare valuations, certificates, and manage payments.
• Update risk/opportunity plans and integrate into forecasts.
• Ensure commercial and contractual entitlements are protected.
• Support tender processes and work with the pre-construction team.

Key Requirements:

• Strong commercial acumen and legal knowledge.
• Leadership and delegation skills.
• Experience in adjudication and dispute resolution.
• Up-to-date with industry trends and legislation.
