Junior Health & Safety Officer

We have a new opportunity for a Junior Health and Safety Officer to join a leading Mechanical Engineering company based in Dublin.

This is a great opportunity for a Junior H&S professional to join a small team of experienced people. You will get to work on large projects based in the Dublin region.

We are looking for people with at least 2 Years commercial experience. Someone with experience in the Construction sector working on live construction projects.

• As part of your role, you will assist with the evaluation and approval of subcontractors EHS Documentation, Training Certification, RAMS, etc,
• You will help to implement and maintain company's Safety Management System.
• Undertake site inspections / audits and report findings to the project EHS Manager.
• Completing EHS Training for Employees.
• Deliver Health and Safety Inductions, and weekly Toolbox Talks.
• Assist with the preparation and issuing of Risk Assessments, Method Statements & Site-Specific Safety Statements in consultation with Site Foremen and Contracts Managers.
