Provide administrative support to the Secured Portfolio team.
Maintain and manage internal databases, trackers, and filing systems.
Assist in preparing, reviewing, and processing secured loan documentation.
Monitor inboxes and manage internal/external communications.
Generate reports using Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
Help track compliance and audit deadlines.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and third-party stakeholders.
Ensure the secure handling of confidential data.
A degree in Business, Finance, Administration, or a related field.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel).
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
Great communication skills-both verbal and written.
A high level of accuracy, discretion, and professionalism.
