Act as the face of the multi-asset business in the APAC region, articulating complex investment philosophies, portfolio construction techniques, and market outlooks directly to sophisticated clients and distributors.
Partner closely with institutional and retail sales forces to identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities, acting as a technical specialist throughout the sales cycle.
Craft compelling narratives around existing and upcoming thematic products; collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance the firm's competitive positioning in the region.
Work with Portfolio Managers to ensure technical accuracy, refine language, and deliver winning proposals for complex RFPs.
Partner with product development teams to identify regional market gaps, enhancing existing products or designing new solutions tailored to local distribution channels.
Identify and contribute to market insights and thought leadership pieces that resonate with the regional client base.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in asset management, with a deep, demonstrable understanding of multi-asset investing, asset allocation, portfolio construction, and risk management.
Strong knowledge of retail fund design, product launches, and distribution channels across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.
Existing relationships with regional fund selectors and gatekeepers is a significant advantage.
Exceptional presentation skills and a commanding stage presence.
Full professional fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous.
A commercially minded executor with a strong client orientation, a desire to be client-facing, and the ability to seamlessly collaborate across global, matrixed teams.
A Master's or MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) is preferred.
