ICT & Cloud Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to capture their requirements through effective communication, meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
• Develop ICT solution designs that align with customer needs as well as internal product and operational capabilities.
• Create migration plans to transition customer workloads to public or private platforms, ensuring the execution plan is feasible.
• Design, configure, and support proof-of-concept platforms for clients.
• Collaborate with external vendors to source solutions while considering internal capabilities for post-sales support of customized solutions.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth solution implementation.
• Develop financial justifications for customized solutions.
• Prepare pricing and cost calculations for tailored solutions.
• Manage ad hoc projects as assigned.

Information Security Responsibilities:

• Adhere to and implement the organization's information security policies.
• Safeguard the security of the company's information and computing assets.
• Report security events, vulnerabilities, and incidents as per established procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of pre-sales support experience in networking, ICT integration, and cloud solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SD-WAN, networking & security CPE, Internet, Cloud, and IDC.
• Self-motivated with a keen interest in exploring new technologies and solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., Cisco, H3C, Fortinet, VMware, Microsoft) are a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Solutions Consultant role.
