We're looking for candidates eager to start a career in Tax! This opportunity is based in the heart of Dublin 8, right on the Quays.
You will gain practical experience across a broad range of tax areas, including Cash, CGT, and Income Tax, with exposure to more complex tax matters as your skills develop. Join a prestigious accountancy practice and build consultancy skills alongside your growing technical expertise.
You will engage directly with clients, government agencies, and other professional services firms. As part of the training contract, you will successfully complete the Irish Taxation Institute's Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) examinations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gain practical experience in a variety of tax areas and progressively take on more complex assignments.
- Interact directly with clients, government agencies, and other professional services firms.
- Prepare and assist with the completion of tax returns, filings, and other statutory obligations.
- Perform tax compliance work across multiple tax heads, initially focusing on core compliance tasks.
- Contribute to the practical running of the business, gaining exposure to real-world tax and commercial scenarios.
- Support senior staff in providing specialist tax advice to private clients, intermediaries, and professional service firms.
Skills and Qualifications required:
- Have, or be anticipating, a 2.1 honours degree, ideally in Business or Law (some taxation content is advantageous).
- Possess strong transferable skills, including problem-solving, analytical thinking, and the ability to develop and implement solutions both independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Show a strong aptitude for numeracy and quantitative reasoning.
