Our client, a global leader in digital entertainment and technology services are looking for a Tax Manager to join their team.
The role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in international tax and accounting within a global business environment, working closely with finance and tax professionals across a range of jurisdictions.
They are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) with 3-6 years' experience to support global tax and accounting activities.
With offices in Dublin 18 they are operating with a hybrid working model (2-3 days onsite) and offering a competitive salary & bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support group-wide tax consolidation and global tax reporting processes.
- Assist with tax accounting, including current and deferred tax provisions.
- Contribute to Pillar Two compliance activities, including data gathering, validation, and calculations.
- Prepare and reconcile Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) information.
- Manage intercompany recharge processes and related documentation.
- Support transfer pricing documentation and compliance requirements.
- Respond to tax-related queries from international entities and stakeholders.
- Partner with finance teams to ensure accurate accounting treatment of tax matters.
- Collaborate with overseas tax and finance teams across multiple jurisdictions.
Requirements:
- Qualified CA or CTA (essential).
- 3-6 years' experience in corporate tax, tax accounting, or a related finance role.
- Background in a Big 4, mid-tier practice, or multinational industry environment is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of tax provisioning and financial accounting principles.
- Exposure to transfer pricing, CbCR, and/or Pillar Two is advantageous.
- Experience working with intercompany transactions and international stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
