    • Qualified CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent.
    • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in tax, with a strong technical grounding in all major tax heads.
    • Proven track record of business development and successfully growing client bases.
    • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills - confident, approachable, and persuasive.
    • Strong commercial awareness with an entrepreneurial drive.

    Desirable:

    • VAT - ability to advise on complex domestic and cross-border issues.
    • Experience in a small or mid-sized practice environment.
    • Existing network or client following is a strong advantage.
    • Experience in presenting or writing thought leadership pieces on tax.

    What's On Offer:

    • Clear and supported path to equity partnership within 12 months.
    • Fully remote working model with flexibility.
    • Competitive salary + performance-based bonus + other benefits.
    • A collaborative and ambitious leadership team.
