Supply Chain Specialist

Morgan McKinley is recruiting a Supply Chain Specialist on behalf of a leading global organisation with a strong presence in Ireland.

The Supply Chain Specialist will play a key role in managing and optimising end-to-end supply chain activities, ensuring product availability, efficient inventory management, and strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This position offers exposure to global operations and the opportunity to contribute to strategic supply chain initiatives.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage end-to-end supply chain processes including demand planning, supply planning, inventory control, and logistics coordination
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimising excess and obsolescence
• Liaise with global suppliers, contract manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery and service levels
• Analyse supply chain data, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Support forecasting and demand planning activities in collaboration with commercial and operations teams
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, cost control, and service performance
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Support cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function

Key requirements:

• 3+ years' supply chain experience within pharma, medical devices, biotech, or another highly regulated manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• SAP experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
