Role: Senior Programme Manager
Required Experience:
- You have spent 5-7 years in a client facing role, ideally in consulting or professional services
- Professional qualifications to include PRINCE2®, PMP, PMBOK, SAFe or Diploma in Project Management or similar
- Experience with Stakeholder Management and working collaboratively across IT, Finance and parts of the business to deliver project governance that meets client needs
- Experience communicating and presenting to project team, finance and other stakeholders across numerous teams within the organisation affecting project governance
- Track record of the delivery of large-scale IT change and transformation programmes
- Successful delivery of system integration programme experience
- Previous experience to clients or you have spent time within a company focused on servicing the Power & Utilities, Financial Services, Government & Public Sector or Life Sciences industries
- Success and knowledge within ERP, CRM, Digital Workplace, CX, Cloud Migration and/or integrations, RPA, Emerging Tech, IoT and Blockchain
- Knowledge of or experience working in a matrix managed organisation
- Have a track record of delivery within several large-scale IT transformation programmes
- Have experience in seeking the alignment of business and IT, operating across organisational and technology silos to drive common approaches, delivering sustainable, agile and re-usable solutions
