Key Responsibilities
- Manage leads to exceed targets.
- Provide customer support and advice via digital and remote channels.
- Oversee the customer journey from enquiry to drawdown.
- Achieve mortgage completion and drawdown targets through excellent customer experience and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with the Mortgage Sales Manager and product team to refine sales practices.
- Report outcomes and progress to the Mortgage Sales Manager.
- Identify and resolve process blockers with the team.
Essential Skills/Experience
- End-to-end mortgage business experience.
- QFA or Professional Banker qualification.
- Experience supporting customers proactively and reactively, including remote communication.
- Thorough understanding of mortgage regulations.
- Proven track record in progressing mortgage applications and achieving conversions.
- Team player with a focus on collective success.
Desirable Experience
- Driven and ambitious, with a willingness to contribute to a small team.
- Experience in a digital-first operating model (preferred).
- Familiarity with direct sales environments.
- Knowledge of social media and modern communication methods.
