Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer - Infrastructure Project
Location: Dublin
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans encompassing resource allocation and budgeting.
- Lead the design of Mechanical Services and Installations from conception to handover, integrating low-carbon solutions and MEP strategies.
- Draft comprehensive specifications for Mechanical Services and Installations, ensuring seamless coordination with drawings.
- Oversee program and project management activities.
- Lead coordination efforts with architects, clients, and stakeholders to define mechanical design parameters and ensure alignment with other disciplines.
- Assume a primary role in liaising with the supply chain and contractors to ensure successful delivery of MEP installations.
Education/Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience, predominantly in design within a consultancy setting.
- Strong team player with a proven track record of leadership.
- Experience managing contractors and overseeing on-site work, including commissioning and maintenance considerations.
- Excellent communication and report writing abilities.
- Core knowledge of Building Services Electrical systems as a senior MEP grade.
