Senior Financial Accountant

Our client are a well-established and respected player in Ireland's beverage industry, and they are looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to join their dynamic and collaborative finance team.

You will be responsible for producing accurate and timely monthly management accounts and performing key balance sheet reconciliations.

With offices based in Dublin 24, they are operating with a hybrid working model (3 days onsite) and are offering a competitive salary, bonus and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts with variance analysis and insightful commentary
• Conduct sales, margin, and labour cost analysis
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Develop financial models to support budgeting and forecasting
• Monitor KPIs and provide improvement recommendations
• Support with budgeting, forecasting, tax filings, and audit preparations
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial accuracy
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems

Minimum Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
• Skilled in financial analysis, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proactive and resilient, with excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in IT systems and financial software

Desirable:

• Experience in FMCG, Hospitality, or Retail industries
