About the Role:
Are you someone who gets excited about the possibilities of digital transformation in manufacturing? If so, this could be the perfect next step for you.
We're looking for a hands-on Digital Transformation Consultant to join a growing team focused on helping clients modernise their manufacturing and warehousing operations using SAP S/4 solutions. You'll work on projects that have a real impact-streamlining processes, boosting efficiency, and enabling smarter ways of working.
What You'll Be Doing:
Working closely with clients to reimagine how they plan, produce, and deliver-using SAP tech to bring it all to life
Guiding transformation projects from start to finish-scoping, designing, implementing, and supporting along the way
Acting as the bridge between business and IT, making complex solutions easy to understand and implement
Getting involved in pre-sales and proposal work when needed
Building strong, trusted relationships with your team and clients
What We're Looking For:
Around 3-5 years' experience working with SAP Manufacturing (S/4 or ECC), ideally including a full end-to-end implementation
Solid understanding of manufacturing and warehousing processes, with experience using Agile ways of working
Someone who's confident mapping out business processes and suggesting real improvements
A great communicator who enjoys working collaboratively and putting clients at the centre of everything
Bonus Points For:
Experience with SAP modules like EWM, PP, PM, QM, or MM
Background in industries like FMCG, Pharma, Healthcare, Energy, or Oil & Gas
Previous work on SAP digital supply chain or manufacturing transformation projects
The Practical Bits:
