The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing cost and commercial performance across multiple high-spec data centre projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and our in-house consultants to ensure cost efficiency, contract compliance, and project success from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation

Manage procurement processes and contractor negotiations

Monitor project budgets and provide accurate reporting

Assess variations and claims, ensuring commercial control

Support contract administration and risk management

Liaise with stakeholders to provide strategic cost advice
Requirements

Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field

3+ years' experience, preferably with data centre, M&E, or large-scale industrial projects

Strong knowledge of procurement, contracts and cost management principles

Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

Ability to work on-site and remotely as required

Chartered or working towards chartership (MRICS or equivalent) is desirable
