Quality Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Engineer..

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products and processes consistently meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. You'll analyse production data, identify opportunities for improvement, and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement robust quality processes and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and management of the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 implementation.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
• Collaborate with production, product development, and engineering teams to improve processes and resolve quality issues.
• Maintain documentation and prepare reports on quality metrics and trends.
• Support supplier quality management and performance monitoring.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Quality Management, Quality Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering or similar role.
• Proven experience with ISO standards and ISO 9001 implementation.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and methodologies
• Proficiency with quality inspection tools and statistical software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
