We are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer. The successful candidate will help design and deliver AI-enabled workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Platform, Python and enterprise integration technologies.
This is a hands-on engineering role involving solution design, software development, workflow automation and technical leadership.
As a Software Engineer your main responsibilities will involve:
- Design and develop AI-enabled workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot
- Studio and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Build, configure and maintain Copilot Studio agents, tools, actions and orchestration
- workflows.
- Design and implement enterprise integrations using REST APIs, JSON payloads and
- modern integration patterns.
- Develop supporting services, APIs and automation components using Python.
- Work closely with business users and business analysts to understand requirements
- and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead or contribute to technical solution design activities, ensuring solutions are
- scalable, maintainable and aligned with enterprise standards.
- Perform peer reviews and contribute to engineering standards and development best
- practices.
- Mentor and support developers and contribute to estimation, sprint planning and
- technical delivery activities.
Must Have Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant software engineering experience delivering enterprise
- technology solutions.
- Strong Python development experience.
- Strong experience designing and building REST APIs and system integrations.
- Experience working with Swagger / OpenAPI specifications and API documentation.
- Strong understanding of JSON, web services and modern integration patterns.
- Experience owning technical design for medium to large software delivery initiatives.
- Experience designing and delivering production software solutions within large
- enterprise environments.
- Experience working within Agile development teams.
- Experience performing code reviews and contributing to engineering standards and
- development best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Experience building enterprise workflow automation solutions.
- Experience integrating Microsoft 365 services including Teams and SharePoint.
- Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring developers.

- Experience working with MCP (Model Context Protocol) services.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs or Agentic AI technologies.
- Experience with Azure cloud services.
