As a Payroll Administrator, you will join a busy payroll team, liaising with HR, Finance and external payroll and pension providers to provide the highest quality payroll services, ensuring that payroll and pension contributions for multiple entities across multiple European jurisdictions are processed and paid accurately, timely and fully in accordance with all tax and legislative requirements.
In this role, you will be responsible for monthly payroll process, and you will work with in-house and external experts to provide payroll and tax support to employees on international assignments.
Contract: 3 months
Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure that payroll is processed and paid for more than 600 employees across several entities in Ireland, UK, and Germany monthly.
- Ensuring that all monthly and annual tax, pension, and compliance requirements are met.
- Make sure HR database is up to date.
- Ensuring sufficient controls are in place and are implemented to capture monthly changes and that any differences are reconciled and explained.
- Working with the CFO and external providers regarding specific payroll treatment for any expatriate employees.
Person Specifications & Experience Required:
- Minimum 1-4 years of experience payroll
- IPASS qualification (advantageous)
- Proven focus on continuing professional development
- Deadline driven and results focused
- Strong and confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to organize and work with large volumes of data
