Role Overview
On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution, we are seeking a detail-oriented Outsourcing Analyst to join their Operations team. We are looking for a proactive professional who excels at quantitative analysis, thrives in a highly regulated environment, and possesses professional fluency in Spanish.
Key Responsibilities

Commercial Negotiation: Lead negotiations on complex financial terms and service-level agreements to drive fiscal value and capital efficiency.

Regulatory & Third-Party Governance: Ensure all external partnerships and outsourcing activities strictly align with prudential standards, with a specific focus on DORA and EBA Guidelines.

Executive Reporting: Provide structured updates regarding negotiation, risk status, and cost-optimisation milestones.

Operational Excellence: Identify and implement scalable frameworks to enhance expense management and streamline workflows.
About You

Linguistic Capability: Professional-grade fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory for cross-jurisdictional collaboration.

Quantitative Mindset: Ability to analyse intricate data sets to inform strategic commercial decisions.

Commercial & Contractual Grit: Proven expertise in high-stakes negotiations and the management of complex contractual frameworks.
