    Marketing & Office Administrator Role Available!

    Are you a highly organised individual with a passion for both marketing and administration?

    We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Office Administrator to join a busy Sales office. This is a fantastic role that offers a unique blend of marketing support and essential administrative responsibilities, providing a diverse and engaging work experience.

    On the Marketing side, you'll be involved in:

    • Supporting the development and execution of marketing plans and promotions.
    • Creating and scheduling engaging content across various social media platforms.
    • Assisting with website maintenance and preparing materials for publication.
    • Contributing to the implementation of marketing campaigns, including advertising and events.
    • Playing a key role in marketing database development and preparation.
    • Contributing to budget allocation against the marketing plan.

    In addition, you'll be an integral part of our administrative function, undertaking duties such as:

    • Ensuring compliance procedures are followed.
    • Providing comprehensive general administrative support, including travel management.
    • Offering secretarial and HR administrative assistance.
    • Handling telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently.
    • Providing general office support administration.
    • Undertaking other duties as required to support the team.

    We're looking for someone with:

    • Proven experience in a busy office environment, ideally within a Sales setting.
    • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
    • A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
    • Excellent PC literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams). Advanced Excel skills are highly valued.
    • Social media experience or a strong aptitude to learn quickly.
    • Knowledge or experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
    • Familiarity with database packages (VBA knowledge a bonus).
